Purpose

IIE is a valuable professional development tool for all Industrial Engineering students. Providing speakers, programs, and plant tours enables IIE to reinforce the bridge between the classroom and a student's career as an industrial engineer. IIE also serves as an opportunity for students to connect with other students, the Department, the University, and other industrial engineering professionals. IIE is also a support system for students in the program as well as for students about to choose an engineering career.
